About the qualification
Our BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business qualification is suited to those working as administrators and project officers. In this role, individuals should use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base to develop solutions to a range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. In addition, they should provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.
Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, students should be able to:
implement effective workplace communication strategies within a team
manage administrative and operational tasks with efficiency and accuracy
use critical thinking skills to evaluate business scenarios and make informed decisions.

Duration
This qualification can be completed up to thirty-six months, dependent on the student's experience, Credit Transfer (CT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Apply for CT or RPL during enrolment.

We collaborate with employers to support students in the workplace. Workplace assessments may be required for some units of competency.
